Sports teach valuable skills in life: discipline, teamwork, cooperation and sportsmanship just to name a few. Sports can be a valuable addition to one’s life and that’s our belief at KRTN. Through sponsorship of the Tiger Roar Sports Club, we follow Raton High School football, volleyball, basketball, softball and baseball delivering live broadcasts to our listeners. For our region, KRTN broadcasts the Cowbell Tournament in early December and we follow area teams to the Regional and State Basketball Tournaments every March.
