Our precious little angel, Emiliano Garcia-Prieto, beloved son of Angelica Prieto-Archuleta (Raton) and Vinnie J. Garcia (Raton) went to be with our Lord on February 22, 2020. He was such a happy baby with the sweetest laugh, and he loved to sing, dance, and play with his toys. He gave over a year of pure joy and happiness to his family and he will never be forgotten. Emiliano was barely learning how to walk on his own, but God decided to give him a pair of wings instead. In addition to his parents, Emiliano is survived by his big sister Yesenia Garcia-Prieto, Godparents (Juan Prieto-Archuleta (Raton) and Mariah Saenz (Raton)), maternal grandparents (Juan and Monica Prieto (Raton)), paternal grandmother (Denise Martinez Garcia (Raton)), numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends who loved him so much. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather (Joseph R. Garcia) and lots of other loved ones who have passed. Even though we only got a short time with Emiliano, he will be remembered for his loving smile and we will always have him in our hearts and know he is watching over us from heaven.
Recitation Of The Most Holy Rosary will be on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s/ St. Joseph’s Catholic Church recited by Deacon Thomas Alderette followed by Solemn Mass Of The Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. with Father Bill Woytavich as the Celebrant at St. Patrick’s/ St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Rite Of Committal and Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements for Emiliano Sebastian Garcia-Prieto are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
