Come to the library's front desk to sign up for a time slot for your free health screening and to pick up forms. Sign up soon—there are only 13 slots available. Tests include cholesterol panel, Hemoglobin A1c, blood pressure and pre-diabetes screening. Plan on 15 minutes of testing.
