Felix Cruz age 70 of Capulin, New Mexico passed away on May 14th 2014. He was born on May 18th 1943 to Juaquin and Secondina Cruz in Nava, New Mexico.
During his life, Felix work on numerous ranches throughout New Mexico and Colorado. He loved spending time outdoors riding horseback and working cattle. Felix also worked for Twin Mountain Rock for 17 years and a survivor of Dialysis for over 10 years.
Felix is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Maria Cruz, and three brothers Beto Cruz, Joseangel Cruz, and Jesus Cruz. He is survived by his wife of the family home Rose Cruz, and two daughters Rosabelle Sneed and husband Ted of Capulin, New Mexico and Elleanor Cruz and companion Jason Gomes of Capulin, New Mexico; grandchildren Billy Sneed, Kristina Sneed, and Kailani Gomes all of Capulin, New Mexico. Many nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
A viewing will be held on Sunday May 18th from 2 to 4pm in the chapel of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Sunday May 18th 2014 at 6pm at the St. Patrick’s/ St. Joseph’s Catholic Church recited by Frank Cimino. Solemn Mass of the Resurrection will be on Monday May 19th at 10am at the St. Patrick’s/ St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father John Trambley as the Celebrant. Rite of Committal and Interment to follow at the Mt. View Cemetery in Capulin, New Mexico.
