In Memory of Ruby L. Quintero,

Ruby L. Quintero, of Aguilar, CO, passed away suddenly at Mt. San Rafael Hospital on March 3, 2014.
She was 70. Ruby was born in Trinidad, Colorado on February 1, 1944 to Hazel (Garcia) and Alfonso Espinosa.

On November 12, 1960, Ruby was united in marriage to Ernest Midge Quintero at Holy Trinity Church in Trinidad, CO.
Ruby was employed as a cook at several restaurants  and also a housekeeper for several families.She was a great cook and loved cooking for her family.

Ruby was a Denver Broncos fan.  She also liked adding to her collection of pigs. 
She loved people and enjoyed spending time with them.
Ruby will be missed by many.

 
Preceding her in death are parents, Hazel and Alfonso Espinosa, son Jeff Quintero, granddaughter Tonya Reifschneider, 
special niece Patty Avila, nephews Raymond Espinosa, Mark Espinosa, sister Betty Espinosa, brother Gilbert Espinosa, brothers in law, Ted Johnson, Martin Quintero and Pete Quintero.

Left to cherish her memory is husband  Midge , home address, sons Dave Quintero, Kenny Quintero Sr. of Aguilar, Dennis Quintero, Daniel Quintero, of Trinidad, grandchildren, Selena Quintero, Kenny Quintero Jr., Vanessa Quintero, Natasha Reifschneider, special grandchildren, Jeffery, Lisa, and Heather Hill, brothers Pete (Carol) Espinosa, Rocky Espinosa, Tommy Espinosa, Robert (Donna) Espinosa, sisters Patsy (Leo) Cordova, Maria (Ralph) Basquez,  sisters and brother in law, Betty Quintero, Trinidad, Ramona (Martin) Gonzales, Aguilar, Daisy Johnson, Wisconsin, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Funeral Services will be Monday, March 10, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Church in Aguilar, Co, with Rosary at 9:30AM followed by the Funeral Mass at 10AM. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
The family may be contacted at the home address in Aguilar.
