Eldon “Wade” Zuber, age 74, former Raton resident, of Lake Havasu, AZ. passed away Thursday December 5, 2013 in Lake Havasu, AZ. He was born in Plainview, TX, the son of Eldon and Lucille Bogard Zuber. Wade was employed by ARF products of Raton and as a purchasing agent for Kaiser Still Corporation at York Canyon.
He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Margaret Mary Russell, Zuber . He is survived by his daughter, Jean Rose and husband Ernest Jason Rose of Raton, Son David Zuber of Albuquerque, NM., Eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren , several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law nieces, nephews and cousins. Wade had a lifelong love of firearms and believed in his second amendment rights so in lieu of flowers please make donations to the NRA in memory of Wade.
Graveside services will be Saturday December 21, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Raton with Father John Trambley as the celebrant.
Arrangements for Eldon “Wade” Zuber are under the direction of the Yaksich-Long Funeral Home of Raton.
