Reflections Celebration and Tree Lighting Event

When you have experienced a loss, the holidays can be a tough time.  Join Sangre de Cristo Hospice & Palliative Care with their Reflections Celebration and Tree Lighting event.  A time to remember those who have touched and impacted our lives.  By sharing memories with friends and family, our loved one’s legacy lives on in a very special way.  We hope to rise above the pair of loss and remember the joy of having loved. Please come out to enjoy the music, food and tribute to those we have lost and their loved ones.  This wonderful Reflections Celebration and Tree Lighting event will be held at Mt Carmel Church, 911 Robinson Ave, Trinidad, Colorado.
