Raton City Commission Meeting

A regular meeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on January 27, 2015 at 6:00pm. The Meeting will be called to order by Mayor Mantz The following subjects will be considered by the City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City Commission.

I. Meeting Called To Order – Mayor Mantz.

II. Roll Call of the Members of the City Commission and determination of quorum.

III. Pledge of Allegiance to the U. S. Flag. 

IV. Recognition of Visitors, Citizen of the Month and/or Presentation of Proclamation, Service

Award, Congratulations, Condolences, Holiday Schedules and City/Municipal events –

Mayor Mantz.

 Next Regular Commission Meeting Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 6pm

 All City Offices will be closed on February 16th in observance of President’s Day.

 Notice of Quorum: 26th Annual Municipal Day, beginning February 24th at 5pm at

the La Fonda Hotel (100 E. San Francisco St.) in Santa Fe, NM and ending

February 25th at 5pm.

 Determine date change for the February 24th Commission Meeting due to Municipal

Day Conflict.

 Notice of Quorum: Colfax County Legislative Reception, February 12th beginning at

6pm at the La Fonda Hotel (100 E. San Francisco St.) in Santa Fe, NM.
