The 89th Annual TSC Tourney is in the books with the Trinidad Miners and Hoehne Lady Farmers crowned champions of the tourney held in Scott Gym on the TSC Campus in Trinidad Colorado over a five day period with weather issues moving Wednesday’s game to Thursday.

The girl’s championship game between the Hoehne Lady Farmers and the Kim/Branson Lady Mustangs was the barn burner of the evening with both teams taking the lead during the game. When the final buzzer sounded it was the Lady Farmers on top with a 34-26 win.

The boy’s championship game was another barn burner again with both teams exchanging the lead during the game. Raton lead into the fourth with Trinidad right there and ready to take the lead. Tied at 36 with 6:15 to go in the fourth and again at 43 with 3:21 remaining. Trinidad then poured on the heat and pulled out in front to end the game with a 62-50 final.
