Kundalini Yoga ~ Infinite Potential Raton Yoga
March is here and soon Spring will be upon us!
This month many opportunities will arise for us to use our best judgment regarding choices, decisions, boundaries, actions, intentions, ideas, commitments, people around you, your intuition, thoughts, emotions, and self-reflection.
That could be a lot for us to deal with individually and collectively. So, it is very important for us to come together to support each other and for us to feel supported every step of the way.
These are our class offerings for March.
Please note that we have taken off our Monday at 4 pm classes until further notice.
We are excited to offer a community event to herald the coming in of Spring. We would love for as many people to flow through our studio for our Spring Equinox Gong Immersion with Colette Mee Chong-Armijo, Lora Nava and Gina Ojeda. $5 minimum donation for this event and it will last for 1hr and 50mins. You can stay for the entire event or come and go as you can.
We are looking forward to seeing you in our safe and supportive community space this Merry Month of March.
