Start your Child on Track for Success Screenings for Children ~Huerfano and Las Animas Counties Early Childhood Advisory Council

Are you aware of the no cost screening days that are available to your program and families? The Huerfano and Las Animas Counties Early Children Advisory Council and community partners provide no cost screenings to children birth to 5 years of age twice a year Spring & Fall). Our next screening days will be March 6 in Trinidad and March 7 in Walsenburg. The locations and times are listed on the attached flyer. Your families can attend whichever day is most convenient, regardless of where they live. Snacks will be provided.

Children and families have access to no cost screenings such as: dental, vision, hearing, developmental, behavioral health and lead. Families are provided copies of their screenings and when there are concerns they are referred to local resources to support their child.
