Memorial Day Flag March & Ceremony~ Vietnam Veterans Memorial State Park

Memorial Day events will take place at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial State Park in Angel Fire Saturday, Sunday and Monday, May 28 – 30, 2016.
Saturday, May 28 – 2:00 pm – Flag Retirement
Sunday, May 29 – 4:00 pm – DWVF Board Mtg (public invited)
– 6:00 pm – Candlelight Vigil
Monday, May 30 – 8:30 am – Gather at light for 9 am Flag Carry.
– 11:00 am – Memorial Day Ceremony with LTG Jay Garner, Keynote Speaker. He served two tours in Vietnam and in 2003 was selected to lead the postwar reconstruction effort in Iraq.
