Sci-Fi Movie Night~ Spirited Away (2001)

The Sci-Fi Alliance of Raton hosts a benefit Movie Night on Wednesday, February 17th at El Raton. Spirited Away, a 2001 Japanese animated fantasy film, will be shown at 6:30 pm. Free! Donations will be presented to El Raton Theater.

Spirited Away follows the adventures of ten-year-old Chihiro and her parents as they travel to their new home. Chihiro’s father takes a wrong turn, and the family unknowingly enters a magical world that the father believes to be an abandoned amusement park. Chihiro’s experience in an alternate world may be compared to Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
