TRINIDAD — Historic Commercial Street in downtown Trinidad has finally reopened, to the relief of business owners who have storefronts along the street.Workcrews turned up some surprising finds under the road, including a sewer line no one knew was there. Inclement weather and the replacement of the sewer line delayed the completion of the project by nearly a year. After Thursday’s much anticipated reopening, the thoroughfare found itself buried under snow by Tuesday morning.
