The Village of Maxwell continues to operate under extreme water stress. Consumption far exceeds Supply. Labor Day is a weekend of especially high demand: NO OUTDOOR WATER USAGE. WATER CONSERVATION IS NOW ESSENTIAL TO OUR WELFARE.
