Julian Buster Gourdin III passed peacefully at home on July 12th, 2026, surrounded by family and friends. Buster was born May 20th, 1945, in Trinidad Colorado to Julian B Jr and Ruth Gourdin. Buster lived most of his life in Raton N.M. working as a coal miner and a heavy equipment operator. He built a wonderful life for a family that will forever miss him.
Buster is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Ruby, Julia, and Mae and his beloved granddaughter Ashley. Buster is survived by his most devoted family blessed to have him with s for so many years. Daughter Teri (Bill) Bradley, grandson Craig (Megan) Agardi., Granddaughter Jillian (Matt) Agardi, Great granddaughters Aubree and Juniper. Also survived by wonderful friends Robert Gonzales, Bill Serazio, John Padilla, and Robert Horner.
