Keith Scott Medina was born on June 19th, 1974, in Raton New Mexico. Keith passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on May 6th, 2026 at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo, Colorado at the age of 51. He was a beloved son of Orlando and Marleen Medina.
Keith was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Alex & Belle Garcia, and Paternal Grandma Mary Armijo.
Keith is survived by his Parents, Orlando & Marleen Medina.
He also leaves behind two Brothers Clay (Misty) Medina of Trinidad and Derek Medina of Raton.
He left behind His Nephew Alex Medina, Nieces’ Erika Medina, Belle Medina, Violet Medina, and Paige Medina.
Funeral services will be by Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home of Trinidad Colorado, to honor the life of Keith Scott Medina. Viewing will Monday, May 18, at 10:00 AM-12:00PM at Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home, Rosary and Mass will be at 12:30PM at Trinidad Catholic Church, Memorial Service will follow at 1:00PM at Trinidad Catholic Church, Burial will be at Trinidad Catholic Cemetery, following the memorial service.
Keith was respected and loved by many in the Denver, Trinidad and Raton communities. Even though he may not be with us physically, he will live on in memories and all the lives he touched. Keith lived life to the fullest. He graduated Salutatorian from Trinidad Catholic High in 1992, then furthered his education by attending Denver University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management. After college he had a love of sales. He worked at Scandinavian Design until he made a career change and worked at Trinidad Housing Authority.
He was loved by many family members and friends and will be greatly missed; Joseph Vargas was his partner in crime and was there till the end as were so many loved ones.
