COUNTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE (CCC) MEETING OFFICIAL CALL
Call is hereby made for the County Central Committee Meeting of the Republican Party of Colfax County to be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at:
K-Bob’s of Raton
1228 South 2nd St. Raton, NM 87740
PURPOSE OF THE CCC MEETING (USR 3-2-6):
1. Determine the Temporary Roll of Delegates for the County Pre-Primary Convention.
2. Select the Temporary Officers of the County Pre-Primary Convention.
3. Prescribe any Special Rules for the County Convention.
4. Conduct any other proper business.
Registration for meeting will begin at 10:30AM & close at 10:50AM
This meeting will be convened immediately prior to the County Pre-Primary Convention.

Call is hereby made for the County Pre-Primary Convention of the Republican Party of Colfax County to be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, at 11:30AM at:

PURPOSE OF THE CONVENTION (USR 3-2-7 & 3-2-8):
1. Adopt the Permanent Roll of Delegates.
2. Elect the Permanent Officers of the Convention.
3. Elect seven (7) Delegates to the Republican State Pre-Primary Convention to be held on March 7, 2026, in Ruidoso, NM.
4. Conduct any other proper business.
Federal, Statewide & County Republican Candidates will have an opportunity to address attendees following close of Pre-Primary Convention
