Sugarite Halloween Trail

Sugarite Canyon State Park will host a fun, educational walk to discover the truth about not-so-scary wild creatures at the Sugarite Halloween Trail on Saturday, October 22nd. Sign up your family now for this every-other-year event! Registered participants will meet magical, talking characters such as “Black Bear,” “Cougar” and “Bat.” who will explain how to be safe around wildlife. Kids get little take-home activities, and the evening will end with light refreshments. Advance Registration is required.

This event is designed for children ages 4-9, but all are welcome.

Participants must sign up in advance for a specific time for their guided, 1-hour trail tour.

Suggested donation is $5 per family to help the sponsor of this event, Friends of Sugarite.
