“Shades of the Southwest” is the Northeastern New Mexico – Southeastern Colorado Youth Art Show that will be on display at the Old Pass Gallery from January 12^th – January 30^th in Raton, New Mexico.  Sponsored by the City of Raton Department of Parks and Recreation and the Raton Arts and Humanities Council
