Safe Trick-or-Treat

Kids meet at Ripley Park at 3:30 pm for the Costume Contest sponsored by the Raton Police Officer Association.  Cash Prizes for boys and girls, First, Second and Third places,  Safety Rules receive a Sonic Trick-or-Treat Bag then go to participating business for Trick-or-Treating.  Then off to the Elks Lodge for hot dogs and punch.
