GGK- Growing Great Kids Presents Family Read Alongs
Who: You, babies & toddler from 0-5
What: Family Read-Along in English & Spanish PLUS snacks, related activities & free book for first 9 families to sing up and attend.
When: 11 am Saturday August 11, 2018

Featured Book: Goodnight Moon!
This is a bilingual event with featured book being read aloud in both English and Spanish, they will provide tip sheets on how the book helps kids develop focus and self control. In addition, there will be moon related activities for preschoolers such as using child binoculars to find objects on a moon banner and dropping round objects into flour to recreate moon craters.
The Growing Great Kids coalition grew out of a series of free early childhood workshops conducted in Raton by the Family Development Program of the University of New Mexico.
