Healthy Kids Healthy Communities Coalition Meeting

Please join the next HKHC Coalition Meeting; January 9th at 4pm @ The Center for Community Innovation. Snacks will be provided! Please share this with anyone who would be interested in joining a coalition to increase opportunities for healthy eating and active living in schools and communities in Colfax County! Some of the goals of HKHC for 2020 include community gardens, farmers markets, in-school walking clubs, school gardens, healthy fundraising and outdoor recreation opportunities, please join us!
