Geology Walk Capulin Volcano National Monument

For the geologically inclined, we’ll be having another geology walk this Saturday (weather permitting) at 10:00 am! So if you can’t get enough of rocks, or just want to learn more about why there’s a volcano in the middle of New Mexico, come meet us at the visitor center! The walk will be about 45 minutes or so and will be a mile in distance over moderate terrain. Don’t forget to bring water and sunscreen!
