Free Diabetes Prevention Program ~ Mt. Carmel Wellness & Community Center

FOOD IS POWER! But, being overweight can cause health problems, including diabetes. Join us in preventing diabetes and keeping you healthy in 2019!
When: Session starts January 8
Classes held Tuesdays from 2pm -3pm
Where: Las Animas County Health Department

Cost: Free.
Sessions are covered by Medicare and Medicaid and
some insurances. If not covered, The Elvira Martin
Scholarship will cover the cost.
