Folsom Man Archaeological Site Tour

Visit the world famous Folsom Man Archaeological Site:

This year the Folsom Museum will have 2 tours August 17, 2019. The first tour begins at 8:00 am and the second at 1:00 pm. We will leave the Folsom Museum and caravan up to the Folsom Man Archaeological Site.

We suggest you drive a high clearance vehicle for this tour, as you will be driving over ranch roads. There is a limit of 30 people per tour.

There is a lunch being served beginning at 11:30 am at the Folsom Museum.

The Folsom Museum will have an archaeologist at the site. He will answer any questions you might have about the Paleo Indian Culture and the Folsom Man time period.

Please let the Folsom Museum know as soon as possible if you are interested in going on this tour. You can call or email the Folsom Museum for a reservation. We will reserve a place for you on the tour. There is no set fee for the tour, although all donations are greatly appreciated.
