are the key words that will come into play this 6th month of 2019. It is highly important that as we step into this new month, we pay special attention to balancing and strengthening our Pituitary gland through activities like pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation and healthy lifestyle choices.

Once again, trust us, your yoga community to make sure you have a variety of options to support you in your endeavors.

This month is extra special as we have not 1 but 2 celebrations.

On 7th June at 6:30 pm we will celebrate our studio’s 4th Anniversary of being the community’s place for yoga, wellness and sound healing. Come celebrate with us.
And, stay tuned for our 2 in 1 celebration of the 5th International day of Yoga AND Summer Solstice. You won’t want to miss this one.
