Conducted by Florence Higgins R.S. Certified Food Service Instructor, the training consists of lecture, chapter quizzes, hands on demonstrations and group problem solving. Each student receives a copy of the Certified Food Manager Text book (developed by the National Environmental Health Association, NEHA)
Certification awarded when exam is successfully passed and is renewable every 5 years.
