Shooting Events: Prizes include: Rifles, Pistols, Camp Furniture, Cast Iron, Plunder, and Trader’s Bucks!!!
Open Iron Sights * Patched Round Ball * Period dress highly encourged, but not required * Daily Rifle & Pistol Matches: Novelty & Paper * Smooth Bore Matches * Clay Birds * Primitive Archery Matches * Trail Walk: Rifle, Smooth Bore & PrimitiveArchery, Knife & Hawk, Pistol * Quail Walk: Shotgun or Smooth Bore * Knife & Hawk Walk * Mountain Man & Mountain Mama Run * Team Events: Survival Walk , Knife & Hawk Walk, Mountain Man Run * Aggregates for the week for various events.

Camping & Shooting Fees
Primitive (Pre-1840s) and Tin Tipi Camp sites available. Outhouses and Water available. Open fires will not be allowed if there is a fire ban. (Propane fires only)
Adults: $45.00; ($30 goes to NRA Whittington Center)
Juniors: (12-15 yrs) $10.00;
Maximum cost of $90 for immediate family. (Parents or Grandparents with children 15 years and younger.)
Daily Walk-in: Competitors Fee $10.00
Trader: No additional fees
Medallions: $10.00 each (includes 2 raffle tickets)
Pre-1840 Primitive Camp / Separate Rowdy Camp
Tin tipi camp close by
Generators allowed 8 am-6 pm
Separate modern tent area
Water & Firewood Provided
Leashed dogs are welcome (Owners must immediately pick up droppings)
Directions: Take exit 450 off of I-25, on the southside of Raton, and take Highway 555, 5.5 miles to gate on the left side of the road.
