ORDINANCE NO. 2024-06 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF RECREATIONAL OFF- HIGHWAY VEHICLES AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES ON ALL COUNTY ROADS (STREETS) OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE COLFAX COUNTY OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE COLFAX COUNTY FOR PUBLICATION
COLFAX COUNTY, NEW MEXICO NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2024-06
Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting on October 8, 2024, commencing at the hour of 9:00 p.m., the Colfax County Commission, New Mexico will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance, the title of which appears below. The meeting will take place at the regular meeting place of the Colfax County Commission’s chambers at 230 N 3rd St., Ste 206, Raton, NM 87740. Information regarding the location of the meeting will be posted on the website of the County. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours at the Office of the County Clerk City Clerk at 333 Savage Ave., Raton, NM87740.
The title of the proposed Ordinance is:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF RECREATIONAL OFFÂ HIGHWAY VEHICLES AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES ON ALL COUNTY ROADS (STREETS) OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY THE COLFAX COUNTY AND CONTROLLED BY THE COLFAX COUNTY.
The title contains a general summary of the subject matter contained in the Ordinance. This notice is given pursuant to Section 4-37-7 NMSA 1978.
