throughout City Hall Building – Request for Proposals
The City of Trinidad is seeking bids for window blinds on windows for two floors of
City Hall at 135 North Animas Street in Trinidad, CO. Bid should include the
measurements, coverings, and installation.
Blinds should be priced out individually as well as in summary. The blinds should be
faux wood or wood, 2-inch, cordless, priced with a valance and priced without. There
are approximately 19 windows in total that need blinds.
Bids will be accepted through January 19, 2024, 12:00pm MST. Envelopes should be
clearly marked “Window Blinds at City Hall” and mailed to Tara Booth,
Administrator for Development Services, City of Trinidad, 135 N. Animas Street,
Trinidad, CO 81082.
Submittal Requirements
The responding party should include any information that he/she feels will enable the
evaluators in making a decision.
