(Rural Holding Zone). Request for placement of singlewide to be placed and reconstructed and reconfigured as an accessory building for the use of storage and only a storage building.
- Discussion Item: Changing Front, Side, and Rear setback Requirements for the Table Summarizing Minimum ETZ Zoning Requirements. The item would be recommended and sent to Raton City Commission for approval to be Amended as a change to ETZ Ordinance.
