Owner Roger Sanchez is requesting property listed at 807 South, Tract and 201 Cedar Street be divided in half with division line running North and South, Tract 1 Portion or West side of property located in the New Mexico Town site addition Block 72 will be 100 foot by 200 foot and the tract 2 portion which is located on the East side of property will be 100 foot by 172.5 foot so that owner can sell property.
