Pursuant to Section 1-14-13.2 NMSA 1978 and 1.10.23.9 NMAC, A Post-Election Voting System Check for the November 7, 2023, Regular Local Election will begin on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., in the Colfax County Building Commission Chambers located on the 3rd Floor at 230 North 3rd Street, Raton, NM.
The Automatic Recount per Section 1-14-24(A)(3) NMSA 1978 will be conducted immediately following the Audit.
