PUBLIC NOTICE
The Trinidad City Council is accepting Citizen Interest Forms from citizens within Las Animas County to fill the following vacancies:
Three (3) on the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission; and
one (1) on the Board of Building Code Appeals; and
two (2) alternates on the Board of Building Code Appeals; and
seven (7) on the Urban Forestry Board; and
one (1) on the Urban Renewal Authority Board; and
one (1) on Space to Create Commons Oversight Board; and
one (1) on the E911 Authority Board; and
one (1) on the Library Advisory Board; and
one (1) on the Historic Preservation Commission; and
two (2) on the Historic Main Street Board.

In order to be considered eligible to serve individuals must be a resident of Las Animas and have resided within the County for not less than one year immediately preceding appointment and must be registered to vote.
Citizen Interest Forms are also being accepted from citizens of the City of Trinidad to fill:

One (1) vacancy on the Planning, Zoning and Variance Commission
Citizen Interest Forms will be accepted at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 135 N. Animas Street or P. O. Box 880, Trinidad, CO 81082, until 12:00 p.m., September 1, 2022.
