Colfax Pet Rescue has arranged for Fishers Peak Veterinary Clinic, located at 1617 Santa Fe Trail in Trinidad, CO to perform a limited number of free Spay/Neuter services for dogs and cats on Tuesdays from May 12 to June 30.
Services are available only to citizens of Colfax County and a bona fide Colfax County address must be
provided.
Appointments are necessary and can be made by calling (575) 447-2608 M-F from
2-7 PM until appointments are filled.
Be prepared with your pet’s approximate age and weight.
Dogs and cats must weigh at least two (2) pounds and be at least five (5) months old.
There is a limit of 2 pets per family.
Vaccinations are also provided.
Pets must be at the Clinic by 7:00 – 7:30 AM and owners must be available after 3 PM (or as directed by the clinic) to pick up their pet.
Animals must be leashed or in a carrier.
These services are funded by a grant from the Sloat-Prince Foundation.
