” I never realized how close-knit our community is at a time of need. First The Family Warship Center and Hesters Motorsports bring the employees pizza. Then we had customers bringing in their bags from home cause we ran out, plus The hospital Auxiliary Thrift Store, The Family Warship Center brought in large amounts of bags then State Farm Insurance passed out reusable bags, and The Family Dollar brought in 2 cases of their bags. I know we have worked hard this last week trying to get food and household needs to Raton but without the community’s help, it would have been much harder on us. “Today I got lunch at Super Save in Raton and I have to say that the lunch that I ordered was great! Everything was fresh and it’s always my favorite to walk into the smell of fresh-popped popcorn. The last two days I’ve stopped in they have been working on some good pastries and decorated baked products which look sharp. A THANK YOU GRANDE to the Martina & ladies in the bakery and all the deli crew.
