1. I.             Call to Order/ Roll call 

 

     II.      Pledge of Allegiance

 

    III.     Executive Session- Board to teleconference with Mr. John  

               Kennedy, school attorney, to discuss limited personnel

               matters and pending litigation as authorized per Section 10-15-1(H)                 

               of the Open Meetings Act. Only limited personnel matters and

               pending litigation will be discussed. The Board plans to come out of         

               executive session at approx. 6:30 for public input/discussion.

 

     IV.     Discussion on Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Compliance

                and related District policy.

 

       V.     Executive Session-  Board will reconvene if necessary to discuss

                limited personnel matters and pending litigation per 10-15-1 (H).  

 

       VI.   Action Items- No action to be taken

 

 VII.  Adjournment
