Wonders on Wheels Exhibit featuring New Mexico’s Native American Tribes

“The AJML will host the Wonders on Wheels Exhibit featuring New Mexico’s Native American Tribes on Wednesday, July 25th 11: a.m. to 5 p.m. Designed for visitors 4 – 14 (but open to all), the importance of traditional foods, plants and animals, of dance and music, of the arts, and of family and elders are presented through exhibits and hands-on activities. See traditional clothing through a doll exhibit. Handle bows, arrows, atlatis, drums and rattles. Pottery activities, an interactive tribal map of New Mexico and videos on drum making are all in this exhibit. Bring the family for a fun mobile museum experience! (Administered by the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture and the Department of Cultural Affairs.)
