Annette Frances “Poncha” Gonzalez Coca
(May 26, 1950 – October 6, 2013) 
Annette Frances “Ponchá” Gonzalez Coca age 63 went to be with God on Sunday October 6, 2013. She was born on May 26, 1950 to Anastacio and Maria “Florentina” Pacheco Coca in Raton, NM.
Ponchá is preceded in death by her parents, half-sisters Clara Sanchez and Selena Garcia, half-brother Joe Coca, one infant sister, and two infant sons.
She is survived by ex-husband Hector Gonzalez, Sr., three sons Gregori Gonzalez (Adam Cordova) of Lakewood, CO, David Gonzalez (Shannon) of Colorado Springs, CO, and Hector Gonzalez, Jr. (Samantha) Raton, NM, grandkids Jadan, Solana, Andres, Salone, Gabriel, Sestiana, Siblings Elaine Johnson, David Coca, and Carlos Coca (Helen). Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and her veterans also survive.
Ponchá enjoyed cooking and gardening. She loved traveling to Santuario de Chimayo going to yard sales and making her “Christmas Tamales”. She would please her grandkids at any cost and she loved her vets as well as any person who came into her life. Her door was always open. And Ponchá loved, loved, loved butterflies!!!
Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Monday October 14, 2013 at 9:00am at the St. Patrick’s-St. Joseph’s Catholic Church followed by the Solemn Mass of the Resurrection at 9:30 with Father John Trambley as the Celebrant. Inurnment and Rite of Committal will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A dinner will be served after the services at the Parish Hall. The family home address is 201 Boundary for any condolences or visitors.
