LTC FACILITY MAINTENANCE BUILDING
Notice is hereby given that the South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District requests
competitive sealed proposals from qualified Design-Build teams to provide design and
construction services for an approximately 1,344-square-foot prefabricated/pre-engineered
maintenance building at the District’s Long-Term Care Facility in Springer, New Mexico.
Proposals will be received at:
Colfax General Long Term Care, Administration
615 Prospect Ave., PO Box 458, Springer, NM 87747 until September 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM MT
A copy of the complete Request for Proposals may be obtained at the above address and on the
District’s website at www.colfaxhealth.org.
The award will be made pursuant to applicable provisions of the New Mexico Procurement
Code, NMSA 1978. The District reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals, reject any
and all proposals in whole or in part, and waive minor technicalities as permitted by law.
