Also, 0 setbacks for the proposed 7-foot X 15-foot attached shed, and a 22 X 22-foot carport placed 8-inch setback placed on a proposed 35’ X 10’ driveway extension which will line up to the existing fence line, by applicant Don Cunningham at 1205 South 7th Street Raton, New Mexico 87740. Property Legel Description Brilliant Addition Lot 14 Block 1 UPC 1134185507266 Land 1 N 25. The property is in a

RM-1(Multi-Family Residential District).
