A special meeting of the City Commission of the City of Raton will be held on March 5, 2024 at 6 p.m. Pursuant to City of Raton Open Meetings Resolution 2024-01 Commissioners may participate via conference call. The following subjects will be considered by the City Commission and may be considered in any order that is most convenient for the City Commission.
I. Call Meeting to Order by Mayor Neil Segotta
II. Roll Call of the Members of the City Commission and determination of quorum.
III. Action items/Public Hearings/Ordinances/Resolutions/City Manager’s Report-The City Commission may discuss and/or take actions on the following agenda items:
A. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Approval of Aviation Grant Agreement Between the City of Raton and the NM Department of Transportation for Fuel Farm Safety Improvements Project No. RTN-24-02
B. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Consensus Planning Professional Services for GIS Data Curation and Map Design , Web Map Development
C. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Vigil & Associates Environmental Inspections Survey/Coordination Additional Services Request for the Historic Kearney School Project RFP No. 2023-0715
IV. Adjournment
