Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed proposals for IT Services for Colfax County.
RFP specifications may be picked up at the office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 North 3rd Street, 3rd floor. Raton, NM 87740 or online at www.co.colfax.nm.us .
Sealed RFPs must be received by Colfax County before 2:00 PM MST/MDT October 12, 2023 at the following address:

The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-99 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
