Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed bids to lease 1 Tandem Grader for the Colfax County Road Department.
Bid specifications may be picked up at the office of the County Manager, Colfax County Building, 230 North 3rd Street, 3rd floor. Raton, NM 87740 or online at www.co.colfax.nm.us
Sealed bids must be received by Colfax County before 2:00 PM MST/MDT on April 26, 2023, at the following address:

Bid opening will be held at 2:00 PM on May 24th, 2023 at the Colfax County Commission Chambers, 3rd floor, 230 North 3rd Street, Raton, NM 87740.
Bid will be awarded at the Regular meeting of the Colfax County Commission on Tuesday, June 13th, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Colfax County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks.
