The Raton Board of Education reserves the right to accept/reject any or all proposals. All persons’ conducting business with the Raton Public School District shall refrain from any criminal acts including bribes, gratuities and kickbacks. LEGAL REF: NMSA Sec. 13-1-191
An optional pre-proposal inspection is scheduled for February 2, 2023 at 2:00pm at the property location.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 NOON on March 6, 2023. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Myra Baird, Business Manager, Raton Public Schools and be clearly marked: Purchase of Lark’s In & Out Lube Proposal.
