5) CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL

The Consent Agenda can be adopted by a simple motion. The Consent Agenda will be read aloud prior to a vote on the motion. Any Consent Agenda item may be removed from the Consent Agenda at the request of a Council Member for individual consideration.

6) PUBLIC HEARINGS – CITY COUNCIL, ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE BOARD OF APPEALS

a) Appeal of the decision of the Planning, Zoning and Variance Commission filed by Southwest Development Group, LLC, Variance Application 2021-VAR-16, for five residential lots at 204, 208, 216, 312 and 321 Onondaga Street; the applicant is seeking a variance to allow a 3/12 roof pitch on the structures

7) UNFINISHED BUSINESS

a) Consideration of a re-subdivision and subdivision preliminary plat of a portion of Trinidad Industrial Park, First and Second Filings, being located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 30 and East Half of Section 31, both of Township 31 South, Range 63 West – 12 lots, Lots 1 through 12; and, 6 tracts, Tracts A through F, and Sunlit Lane Right-of-Way

8) MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS

a) First reading of an ordinance vacating a 10-foot wide, 142-foot long portion of Rosita Street Right-of-Way, Lot 1, Block 14, Santa Fe Railroad North Addition of the City of Trinidad, Las Animas County, Colorado, and setting a hearing date for consideration of said ordinance – February 1, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

b) Approval of Scope and Cost for the 4160V Breaker and Controls and Synchronizing Project tasks IV through IX cost submitted by New Frontier Engineering Company in the amount of $178,605
