Lynda Louise Garcia entered into God’s peaceful rest on November 20, 2021. She was born on May 30, 1950, to Alex and Theresa Lucero.
Lynda was a homemaker and a devoted Christian to the Mormon faith. She enjoyed spending time reading and sharing her faith in God with her family and friends.
Lynda preceded in death with her youngest daughter, Terrilynn Mestas. Her parents, Alex and Theresa Lucero. Paternal grandparents, Gabe, and Lucy Lucero. Maternal grandparents, Miguel and Teofila Sanchez.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Garcia.
Two daughters, Lisa Martinez and Shaeryn Broderick.
Six grandchildren, Desiree, Razyn, and Lance Martinez, Dyllan and Ethan Jones, and Jheydan Chavez.
Five great-grandchildren, Zacharias Apodaca, Patrick MartinezJr., Alexia Martinez, Her precious baby girl “Fluffy”, and Izaiah Martinez.
One sister, Sharon Valdez, and children.
Mother-In-law, Annie Garcia.
Two brother-in-laws, George Guthrie and Raymond Garcia.
Two Aunts, Beatrice Baca of Seattle, Wa. And June Polland of San Francisco, Ca.
Lynda was a loving wife and wonderful protective mother to both her children and grandchildren.
She will be dearly missed by all who love her.
Private services will be held for the family.
