Hundreds of dead migrant birds have been reported in the state of New Mexico during August and September 2020. With increasing awareness, reports have also come from Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. Help the birds by reporting avian moralities encountered in the Southwest United States and Mexico. Please photograph any avian moralities and include information about location, time, and contact info to help wildlife biologists understand the extent of this mass mortality. https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/southwest-avian-mortality-project

Monte Vista, CO. The majority were evenly divided between robins and goldfinches and 2-3 doves. Just
a devastating storm.
