We are now open with our COVID schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs from 10 am-2 pm. 😊
We will add more hours in as the need arises and will do our best to accommodate those who can’t make it during regular hours with special appointments.
Please wear a mask when you come in, per our Governor’s order. If you don’t have a mask, we have some extras.

I’d like to offer some classes again, keeping in mind that we still need to observe wearing masks, operational capacity as well as social distancing. I believe class sizes of 4 people will work well in the classroom, perhaps 2-3 classes to accommodate larger numbers of attendees. Most classes are relatively short, so I think that’s workable.
Who would be interested in kicking off our classes learning to make Mead?
We will be doing Kombucha, fermented veggies, and all our other classes again in the coming weeks, so if you missed out before, here’s your chance!
